I have recently been struggling about my troubles regarding examinations too much. This is unhealthy and distressing personally. Today sermon has struck a chord in my heart, regarding fear. What fears do I have constantly regarding my life, and relating it to the level of trust I have in Him. The fear we have, is measured by how intimate we are with God. Well, if we are intimate in our relationship with God, there should be zero fear. If that is the case, do I possess what it takes to trust God fully?

In the sermon, #1 Fret Not because God is God. Did He not save Daniel’s friends from the furnace? (Daniel 3:16-18) While reading that passage, it disheartens myself to see how much and how little faith I have in God, even regarding such a small examinations in life. To remember that this life on earth is so temporary, we have an eternal life ahead, to fulfil.

#2 Fear Not because God is Good. Has God fail us in any circumstances? I would say yes, but the future is more promising than today’s failure. God called upon us to fail, because He has something else greater for us. If He is in control, why should we worry? We should not even worry a single bit because he has every single steps & mind of ours in place. (:

Living Out the Words: For me to delight in the Lord, I believe it is about me, living out each and every day with Him in mind. Every single thing I do, needs to be delightful and pleasing in the God’s eyes. He should be pleased with what I do. And God is a God that is great, He gives us the desires of our heart. He loves us more than what we can expect. When we live in obedience, He gives us. He is a promising God. From today, I will live my life by truly living out God’s purpose. Be delightful each and everyday! Consider Him in every thing we do.
